We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
At HUNIQAT we are committed to positively impact our planet and reducing carbon foorprint. By giving the responsibility of the shipping costs on returns to our customers, we hope to encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions and reduce unnecessary returns, ultimately minimizing our environmental impact.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return / Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with its tag/labels, and in its original packaging.
- Each item is passed through quality control before shipping to you. In case you still see a damage or production error we offer a free exchange of the same item. In every other case the return costs is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are only accepted for unworn and unwashed items, in new condition, with original tags attached
- Huniqat is unable to refund any duties or taxes paid on international shipments
To initate a return, you can contact us at info@huniqat.shop. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 2-6 business days (depending on your local bank) to process your refund transaction.
