Shipping policy
All Huniqat pieces are sent out from Switzerland. The prices include VAT & Customs (except for countries outside of CH & EU).
You will see the total shipping costs during the checkout before you place your order. You will also be given the option of standard or express.

Customs and VAT outside of CH and EU are not covered by Huniqat. We will not take any responsibility if the order is held at customs.

Order processing
- We process the stock orders usually on the same the (max 2 business days), excluding weekends and holidays.
- Preorders are shipped as soon as the production and quality checks are done.
- Please note that shipping may be affected by: local holidays, when shipped to rural areas, or customs delays
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an E-Mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an E-Mail, please check your spam box or contact us for information.
For orders outside of CH and EU import duties and customs are not included in the item prices or shipping costs. These charges will be your responsibility and will be collected from you by the shipping company. If you refuse the import, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as return shipping, and these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
